What are the UK delivery times and costs?

We provide Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders. We aim to process and pack all orders within one business day, and you should receive your order within 2–4 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Our initial focus is on delivering an exceptional experience for our UK customers. We are therefore only shipping within the UK at launch, but we plan to expand to select international regions in the future.

How can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your sunglasses. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Returns are free for all UK customers. Items must be returned in good condition to be eligible for a refund.
